On the 27 November 2024, the Private Security Authority (PSA) prosecuted H&H Security Limited of Turra, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois for breaches of the Private Security Services Acts.  The company pleaded guilty at Gorey District Court in front of Judge John Cheatle.  The Judge awarded costs of €5,935.44 against the company.

This is second time this year the PSA prosecuted H&H Limited see further details here.  Prosecutions like these emphasise the importance of using a security provider licensed by the PSA, and serve to remind anyone contemplating working without a PSA licence of the likely consequences.
