PSA Prosecutes Unlicensed Door Supervisor Contractor
On the 19th July 2024, the Private Security Authority (PSA) prosecuted H&H Security Limited of Turra, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois for breaches of the Private Security Services Acts.
Security Industry ERO
The PSA is pleased to confirm that a new Employment Regulation Order (ERO) for the security industry was signed on the 25th June by Emer Higgins T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. From the 1st July 2024, the minimum rate of pay for security guards will be €14.50 per hour.
Powered Gates Installer Prosecuted
On the 21st June 2024, the Private Security Authority (PSA) prosecuted Mr. Jonathan Higgins trading as JMH Automation and J.H.M Automation Limited of Lismullen, Navan, Co. Meath for a breach of the Private Security Services Act.

PSA Prosecutes Unlicensed Door Supervisor
On the 15th April, 2024 Mr. Noel Toner of Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 appeared before Judge Anthony Halpin in Dublin District Court and pleaded guilty to a breach of the Private Security Services Act.
