The Private Security Authority invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates who wish to be considered for inclusion in a panel of External Inspectors.
The role of the Inspector will be:
- To investigate unlicensed activity in the licensed private security sectors
- To initiate enforcement action as provided for under the Private Security Services Acts 2004 and 2011
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a strong background in undertaking investigations through personal interaction with the public involving face to face interviewing with good administrative, planning and scheduling skills.
Fees Payable
Inspectors shall be paid €150 per diem (€75 per half day). Such fees are subject to taxation.
